Book ConsultationEnd-to-End recruitment refers to managing the entire hiring process from start to finish. This includes everything from brief creation to onboarding support, and covers job posting, social marketing, referral networking, talent pooling, market mapping, candidate outreach, screening, shortlisting, testing, vetting, interview coordination, and offer management. As a partnered employer, you also gain priority access to our talent pools.
On Success refers to the fee structure or payment model where you only pay for services if a successful placement is made. This is also known as 'Contingency Recruitment'. It limits any risk for you as the employer, as you only pay for results, and our incentive is directly linked to a successful outcome for all. In practice, we will invoice you if, and only if, the successful candidate has actually commenced employment with you.
A rebate is a form of guarantee or refund policy offered for your assurance, security, and trust. If the employment contract is terminated by either the employee or employer within a specified timeframe after the successful placement, you will receive a refund. The refund amount decreases on a sliding scale for each week the candidate remains employed with you, and typically lasts for up to 12 weeks.
Percentage fees are determined based on the candidate's salary band and experience level. For example, if you're hiring a Junior Engineer with an annual salary of £30,000 with 10% terms, the total search and placement fee would be £3,000 if successful. This fee structure allows you to budget your recruitment more effectively, aligning costs with the levels of hires required.
We are always more than happy to be flexible and implement our terms on a case-by-case basis, as different employers have different needs and budgets. Typically, if the recruitment fee cannot be paid in full, we offer the option to spread your payment over 3, 6 or 12 monthly installments.
Absolutely! Once you partner with us, we can manage all your recruitment needs. Whilst we specialise in engineering and have deep talent pools within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire & Security fields, we also have the resource and expertise to source candidates for general administration and operations roles, including marketing and sales.
